We don't want you to get caught up in that, but you understand. You have to understand, stop thinking, now that I'm saved, all is well. It is all well in the spiritual realm, but we still have to walk by faith, trusting God every single day. And when you do not uh continue to operate in the things of God, you open up a door for the enemy to come in, and now you have to live with the sin that you've allowed to take over in your life. Instead of us doing what is necessary to keep the enemy out, we're opening up the doors for him to come back in. And he is not as patient as God is, but he is going to take every advantage that you give him. Anybody listening? It is important that you understand what I'm saying because we find ourselves in America going down further and further in a hole. We are allowing homosexuals to be pastors. Let me say that again. We're allowing homosexuals to be pastors. We're allowing men who are molesting children in their congregations to be leaders. We're allowing women to take authority over men. You have to understand scripture tells us not to allow these things to take place, but in America, we are trying to be politically correct as opposed to morally correct. And it is difficult to share with these things because people will leave your congregation when they hear this thing that you don't want them to do. Because we have so many people who are leaders who are already filled with a lot of sin in their souls, and they are getting up leading from a position of sinfulness and not righteousness. And that is the reason why. Think about how many leaders who are divorced who are standing behind a pulpit and they're not allowing you to hear that God hates the spirit of divorce. And if you do divorce, you cannot remarry as long as the person is alive. You know how many people you're gonna upset in a place called the church? You know how many preachers will get mad at that message? The Bible tells us one of the first things, one of the last things that God wanted the people in Malachi to hear was God says, I hate divorce. If God hates divorce, sister really, then you should hate it as well. But I know after you get a divorce, you don't want to be all alone. Well, why did you get a divorce? Paul said you should reconcile. Paul said you should reconcile. You don't want to reconcile, you want to get out and start over. But starting over don't fix the problem. Did you get that? Let me say that again. Starting over don't fix the problem. You add to the existing problem. We are already caught up in a lot of stuff that we ought not be doing. We're already doing it. And now that we've done it, now we want to be leaders, and now what we're doing is we are substituting the word of God with our own sicknesses and uh and sinful diseases and desires. We can't teach truth because we've already fallen into the lie. We're not buying the truth, we're buying the lie. Do you want to hear this? No, you don't want to hear it. Because when we teach you about the word of God, you've already fallen. Therefore, you're not as effective as you should be. People want to get up and preach, and I don't understand why people want to be a pastor when you don't have no victory in your life. You can't pastor people without having victory over your personal existence. Family structure is terrible, your life is terrible, you're blaming everybody, nothing is working for you, and you want to get up here behind the pulpit. Do you know the hell you're going to catch when you get up here? Do you understand that it's coming to you first and your family first? Do you realize you're setting yourself up to be defeated? Do you understand that you are on the side of the enemy as opposed to the side of God? Because most of the things that are true in the Word of God you can't preach because you're already flawed in that particular area. Oh Lord, you don't want to hear me here today. But you need to recognize and realize that before you can stand up here, you have to be tried. Before you can stand up here, you have to be tested. Before you can stand up here, you have to go through the fire. It's not easy. Church work is not just people coming on a Sunday. The enemy, hear what I'm about to say to those of you that's listening around the world. The enemy is going to fill that place up that you call the church. The devil is going to fill it up with more of his members than God's members. Let me tell you that again. What is the devil's job? To get into that particular house and fill it with as many of his members as possible. And because of your spiritual ignorance and your spiritual blindness, you're going to promote the devil's members in high position in that particular house to destroy it and to keep confusion up. Anybody listening? You will not be able to tell the truth and to preach the truth because when you preach the truth, the most powerful people in the house will come and challenge you and say, Why are you preaching that? Here's what they tell you: we don't preach that in this place. We don't want you to convict us. We want to live the way we're living. We want to come to church, sit down, and live the way we want, and go home and continue the lifestyle that we have decided we're going to live. And preachers are substituting the word of God for people. They rather have a full house than have God in the house. I wish they had a little drink, that Joel. So you need to recognize and realize our ultimate goal is to get the glory of God, not the people of God. Our ultimate goal is to get the glory of God. If you don't have the glory of God, what good is the people of God? They're not going to change, they're going to raise hell. And all you're going to find yourself doing is working with people who are not going to be delivered, who's not going to be set free, but who will continue the process of always having a problem. Hello, somebody. They will have a problem morning, noon, and night. And they don't want to hear truth to fix it. They want to, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, somebody brought a woman to me. Uh uh that they say, Apostle, you got you the only one can fix it. So I said, Well, come on, let me see. That thing left out of here so mad. I didn't fix that one. I told him, I said, don't you ever bring that woman back up in here? She didn't want to, she didn't want no help. She just wanted to come tell me about her problem. And every time I try to say something, she said, You ain't never, you ain't heard me. I said, Baby, you've been talking an hour. Do you want me to say anything? She just wanted to talk about her problem that she's been having since she was a child. She might have been 50, 60 years old. She still got the same problems. I became an enemy. I was just, all I became to her was a brand new enemy. And she stormed out of here like I had slapped her. I told the sister that brought her here, I said, you leave her alone and don't you ever, don't, don't you even talk to her no more. She don't want no help. There are people who just don't want no help. Hello. The word of God has answers to all of your problems. Some people believe that they got problems greater than God's will. Some people believe they got a new kind of problem. There are no new sins. Do you not realize who created sins? Do you not realize God created evil? That there are no sins that exist that God did not create? Quit telling me the devil created sins. The devil didn't create himself. The devil has no listen, let me say this to you. The few times we see the devil, he had to get permission. In Job chapter 1, he had to get permission. Hello, if he was the powerful devil, why does he need to go to God and ask and he come and uh mess around with the man of God? You need to understand when Jesus came into the region, there were times that the demonic influences ran up to him, worship him, and then begged him. Everybody say, begged him. They said, Don't torment us. Please, Jesus, don't torment us. Then they left and went uh uh uh uh now watch this. This is what you need to understand. You're sending demons to hell. Do you think demons that stupid? What did they tell Jesus? We know it's not our time. You can't tell no devil to go to hell, he ain't going. It ain't his time to go. He goes to hell, he can't even get in it. Since you're ignorant and you don't know what to do, you telling him to go where he can't go. What he did, what Jesus did, he told him to leave the man alone. Come out of the man, but they stayed in the region. Oh, y'all ain't get that. You see, demons have regions. You know when you get off the plane in New Orleans, something comes over you. You go in other places. She said the heat. No, I'll talk about the demons, the influence. When you go, some of the most powerful white brothers in this early 70s say, we ain't coming down there. You mean to tell me, big and powerful as you are? You scared of the devils in New Orleans? Everybody knows New Orleans got some kind of demonic influence that makes preachers afraid. Come on, you need to be a strong preacher if you're gonna preach in New Orleans and preach righteousness and truth. Because there's a generational curse and demonic influence, and what the enemy has done has infiltrated traditional churches, and there are traditional churches and the devil working hand in hand. Therefore, you can do and be anything you want. Hello, somebody. You can sleep with anybody you want and become a deacon or an elder. And if you sleep with more, you might just become a preacher. You could do drugs and become a preacher. You can sin, you can beat on your wife and become a preacher. Anybody listening? You need to recognize and realize that we're in a descent in America because instead of us honoring God and His Word, we're honoring politicians. We're listening to what the politicians are telling us. We want to be something we call politically correct. Well, may I say this to you? You could be politically correct, but morally wrong. And America has made a decision. Now, I don't mean to talk against anybody, and I don't want to do that. I want to enlighten you, but I know that my brothers and sisters who are of the other persuasion or culture, these are people that I ran with because my pastor is white. And I hear them now and I see them now, and I'm like, oh my God, it feels like y'all hate us. Remember, you used to hang with us and tell us you loved us and we worked together and we had you come to our church and we went to you. But now it would appear that the culture is hate negroes. What's that other word? And they say the n-word. Ain't no doggone n-word, it's nigger. Excuse me, Oprah. You let the rapper say it, you let it come on television, and you tell me I can't say it. Hello, somebody. Lord, what happened? What's going on? What's going on? Why are we so caught up in political correctness and not moral righteousness? We have to teach the truth. Our people are in trouble. We've been here for 400 years, and you mean that we ain't did nothing right in America? That we still are your enemies? You can't love us as scripture tells us. If we're your enemies, we're supposed to love your enemies. Why are we still fighting in America as if it's about this group and that group? Why do we continue to separate, not realizing that we're divided? You might be white on this side and black on that side, but we still are Americans. We're supposed to be together. We ought not to be looking at culture. I travel around the world. People respect and honor me. And I'm grateful to God for that. They're not looking at my skin, they're looking at who He who is in. The Christ in me, the hope of glory. And it's a privilege and an honor to be able to go to places and to see people honor you and respect you, not because they look at the outward part of you, but they see you as the person that you really are. Anybody listening? Come on, lift your hands and tell God, thank you. I wasn't going here, but I'm here now. I'm gonna continue because I'm grateful to God for the message He has given me. And may I submit to you, I'm not gonna back down. I'm gonna preach it. I paid a price. I've been in this since I was 17 years old. All of my life God has kept me. I've been threatened. People wanted to shoot me, wanted to kill me. I'm still here. And I'm grateful. It's not been easy preaching this gospel. Man, it's been difficult. It's been difficult dealing with you. And the stuff that you allow me to go through. But you still have to preach truth. Anybody listening? You have to preach truth. I have to trust God. And I'm grateful that I've learned how to trust God in spite of. And I have to believe him that he's gonna see me through every project that he's given me. I have to see that no matter what I face, God's gonna be there to get me to the end. Better is the end of a thing than the beginning. It's not easy standing here because we are dealing with an age. Everybody say age. This is important for you to study. We're dealing in an age called the Gentile age. And what's so devastating about that is we're not Jewish because the Jews had access to God for thousands of years. We've only had access to God for a couple of thousand years. And it would appear from the time Jesus died till today, instead of us getting better, we're getting worse. We are descending. And when we descend, now watch this. It opens up a whole new demonic influence in that culture. That is the reason why we see in America things happening in this country that ought not be happening. There was a time if a man lied, he couldn't be the president. If he cheated on his wife, he couldn't be the president. If he was convicted, he could not be the president. But it doesn't seem to matter anymore. Hello, somebody. But one of the people in Alabama got on, said I hate niggas and this, that, and the other. He wasn't holding back. He told you how he felt. I bet you they voted him in. Nobody called him and said, We ain't voting for you because you said you don't like this kind of people. What is wrong with us? May I submit something to you? God has blessed us. And because we carry this anointed inside of us, it's costing us something. But greater is he, but greater is he, but greater is he. You need to recognize the he that is in you is far greater than any device that they put on you. No weapon, you need to say it every day, all day, no weapon formed against us shall prosper. The blessing that God put upon me is for me, my house, and my children and my grandchildren. You're not going to tolerate, I'm not going to tolerate you fooling around with my family. Amen. That's not morally right. That's, I mean, that's not politically right. That's morally right. Because what God put on you, He put it on you for you and your family. And over and over, if you study it, you will find out what God started with you. You're just the beginning. Hopefully, and pray that you will live righteous enough and long enough to see the fruits of your labor. Don't want your children to go to hell and you're sitting up in heaven by yourself. Let me say that again. You're the only person in your family in heaven. Because you could not get them saved, because the enemy grabbed a hold to them and you could not fight the enemy off of them. This is not physical, it's spiritual. And it's important that you recognize and realize in the book of Acts, chapter 2, verse 42. Let's turn there if you don't mind. Acts chapter 2, verse 42. My, my, my, my, my. I am excited about the goodness of God. Acts chapter 2, what verse? I need you to understand because this is where I am today. He says, and they continued. Everybody say, continue. Say it again. One more time. You have to continue. You have to carry on with this gospel. Let me say this is important. I'm seeing so many people turning away from God. You and I are seeing so many people turning away from God. Listen to me, those of you that's listening all around the world. People are turning away from God. They got saved, started off, then stuff started happening that they didn't understand. God started trying them. Temptations came to them. The fire came to them, and they ran away from God and ran right into the arms of the enemy. They are blaming God for where they are today, not realizing God was trying to perfect them to get them to the next level. But because, Minister Lee, we did not allow ourselves to be trained, we got saved and we want to walk in our ignorance as opposed to in the word of God. What should I be doing? I should be continuing. Everybody say continue. Say it again. Now I have seen Larry Lee came along. Remember when Larry Lee came along with the one hour prayer? How many remember those days? That was back in the 80s. We were praying five o'clock in the morning before Larry Lee even started that. Did fill our church up. Hello, somebody. People got caught up and then all of a sudden he left. Fa came along, it left. Certain ones came along and they're gone. Anybody listening? We got caught up in personalities and not in the word of God. That is the reason why God had to remove them. And so now in America we don't have no superstars, thank the Lord. We'll have to run behind a man, thank the Lord. Because God said as the all the energy you give running behind people, you should be running behind me. But we don't run behind God, we run behind people and then get our feelings hurt when they actually prove to you that they never were who they said they were. It would appear they could tell you anything and you believe in and you believe here's a fallacy. Here's the fallacy everybody say fallacy. Do you realize those guys get up and tell you they are married and they got the best wife the best husband I ain't saying all I'm lying Lisa. But Lisa said they are lying. And the ones I know I know they're lying I'm like Lord have mercy. All right Lisa say they're cheating. I ain't gonna say they are cheating but a lot of them are hello somebody do you understand and realize that the enemy is going to bring Brother Pastor the most beautiful woman in the world to his church I don't know if you understand this, but let me tell you the truth. She is what he was waiting on all of his life. The only problem she didn't come till after he got married. Somebody help me here. And now she's sitting in the house of God. She didn't come because she wanted to get saved. She didn't come because God sent her she came because the enemy knew by the way of the familiar spirit and the family structure and listening to your conversation he knew exactly who you wanted. And guess what brother he sent that to you and now that you have fallen in love you got to fall out of love to get what the devil sent to you and you think what the devil gave you was better than what God gave you in the beginning. Somebody help me up in here the Bible says when they were restoring the walls brother Theophilus Israel left out of Israel and went into Babylon and when it was time to go back home they found themselves not wanting to be with the virgin girls the church girls they wanted the righteousness of God but guess what the man of God said let me tell y'all what y'all got to do. What you got to go back home and tell them women you're gonna let them go and go back to the ones you were supposed to have from the beginning they say what they didn't want the church women they want the heathen women now let me tell you something lust and temptation is not what you hate it is a strong magnificent feeling and very few people very everybody say very few very few people can overtake it and once you open up the door everybody say open up the door once you open up the door once you watch this sister Willie lay hands on them to pray it's all over because you didn't lay hands on them to pray you laid hands on them to connect and once you realize that you connected with them guess what you do I need your what I need telephone number so I could keep up with you because the Lord revealed something to me anybody listening and the poor little woman is saying to herself by the way of the demonic influence got you now her number one goal was to get you and now she got you and you feel led by the Spirit of God that all of this is God's will for your life anybody listening? And the poor old man of God is going down a path that he ought not be going down and pretty soon he's got children at home he got a wife at home he got a church and don't none of that matter because he'll leave the church the wife and the children to go after the one the devil sent in the house. Boy I hope y'all watching me tonight or listening tonight because we're losing the battles because you don't understand the onslaught of the enemy that's coming against you. Watch this you don't understand the demonic influence over the region that you're in and the purpose of that demonic influence is to attack all of the preachers in the community. That's why birds they work together isn't it amazing that the preachers who hoe around hang around and they don't want nobody else but our kind Amen you need to recognize and realize that it is incumbent upon you to have spiritual understanding but if you don't have spiritual understanding the enemy's job is to infiltrate your house as soon as he can and you have a lot of people from the prayer tower down leading various departments the devil's job is to get every department in that house controlled. And he will make sure that when they come to church that they say good praise the Lord Pastor we love you Pastor the Lord told me Pastor to give you this money because they know every pastor needs some money. They know exactly what'll cause that man of God to give up his soul am I talking to any preachers out there today my God from glory I need you to understand we're in a downward spiral in this great country that we're in because we're being or we're trying to be politically correct when we're being morally bankrupt. Thank you I like that bankrupt in other words you ain't got no money in the spiritual bank you can't get nothing to help you. Over and over we're seeing preachers saying they don't care about the church. They don't care about their wives they don't care about their children. They're gonna do what they want to do and go off and destroy the church, the family and all you can't get up in the church and say it's okay to get a divorce when God hates a divorce and God tells you if you marry if you divorce you are committing adultery God said in the beginning I gave you one man and one woman that's the only thing you could have is one man to one woman. Now your desires will never be fulfilled you have as many as you wish or want but if you're gonna walk in this you can't sleep around my God my God but listen to me where I'm going here today he says you must carry on with go on continue what how you should continue say it again look up the word steadfast tell me what the word steadfast means those of you that's watching take your app uh your your app your dictionary out but you could do it on your phone what does the word steadfast mean to anybody go ahead something of someone that's what firm anything unfair whatever what else unwavering come on wait wait wait wait you got to be what firm you got to be what else unwavering we need some firm unwavering saints forget about you ain't got nobody if you don't have nobody you're supposed to worship God and serve God till you die I need me somebody you don't need nothing what you need is what you have now you're gonna get something and you ain't gonna stay with it anyway because you wasn't supposed to have it and there's nothing worse than getting married being deceived till you get there in front the preacher in the congregation and you say you do and a demonic influence grab a hold to you. And now you ain't got no lusts and no love let me say that again you ain't got no lust say oh we can leave them now you ain't never had love so lust leave you and you're stuck with a person you ain't got no feelings for and you say after you say I do I wonder why I married this person and now you got to act like you love them. You can't kiss them in the morning noon or night I would kiss you but your bread smelled well that bread was smelling when you was running with them you keep finding all kinds of ways like who got perfect smelling bread period you used to be this and now but you know you realize now you'd have made a big mistake it wasn't a mistake you was led by your flesh that set you up and now you sit there and you try to figure out five ways to get out of a relationship you don't find nothing about how to stay in you find five ways to get out all you do is point at the person that you marry and find their faults not yours it's not gonna work it's not gonna work may I say this to you let me say this to you as I get back to the scriptures if you touch a woman or allow a man to touch you before you marry and it stirs up lust you are going to be in trouble inside of the marriage because you are being led by the wrong spirit and the moment you get married lusts do not stay in the confinements of marriage what is going to happen to you you're gonna be in a relationship hear me now with no feelings and let me say this to you if you're a man it's hard for you to give your money to a woman you ain't got no feelings with and if you're a woman it's hard for you to give your body to a man that you don't feel right with and they call themselves husband and wife they're in a feeling less relationship trying to lie their way through it going around hollering wheezing love. No you're not you went you was fussing all day all night your children look at you why do you think sister willie that the average church child don't get married because they see mom and daddy fight the whole time they was in church now they're saying it's better for me to live with them and they seem to live better with them in lust than we live in supposedly love. If I'd known love meant long suffering it wasn't no sense in me getting married I ain't getting married to suffer anybody that stupid y'all should have gave me the scriptures before I got married to suffer long who want to suffer long how long is long I don't want to suffer at all now I gotta suffer long I got to be patient and kind who got all of that and then forgiving whole what you say gentle anything else and you said forgiving and patient I don't want no marriage that ain't what I want don't sound like I'm getting nothing out of this deal sound like a torture house to me because my flesh is messed up you don't get married and talk about marriage is bad marriage not bad you bad now I got a bad marriage no no no you messed up because you shouldn't have gotten married and your mom and your daddy should have told you to stay your butt at home you should have fixed them but guess what we don't even have our parents involved in the people we select we just tell them we're getting married and that's a big mess. If you don't let your parents get involved in the selection of your your mate you're already in trouble because your father's gonna look at him one time and say the one well we I love him I don't care if you love him first of all you ain't got no business loving nobody because love don't start until I said I got to repeat that but I don't know where I stopped this microphone might go out too so let me just turn it around so if y'all see the green or the red y'all let me know it's forming down. You need to recognize the real lies what he said we need to we we need to honor yeah we you you you let's say this let me say this let me say this let me say this can I say this a man needs to be honored if you don't honor him wait wait wait wait wait if you don't honor your daddy you ain't gonna honor your husband you want to marry somebody that you talk about her daddy ain't no good who you think will be the next one no good you're gonna see the no goodness in your heart your dad your husband as you saw in your daddy you're gonna disrespect your husband like you disrespect your father if a girl don't respect her daddy you need to run from her forest let her stay with her daddy till he fixes her you listen son I don't know you know but see this child of mine if I was you if I was you I would not marry her she she she she she she but wait but wait but wait but wait but wait come on let's let let's be righteous let's be righteous you don't have the right loving nobody to you marry you do not have the right to put your hands on my child until you marry her you don't have the right to touch her because she don't belong to you but in our culture because we got so many heathen sons that are bastards they're going around looking for your child so that he can mess with her and pull her away from you so that he can mess her life up anybody listening and so you need to realize and recognize that it's the enemy's responsibility to get to your children and to send one of his demons to marry them whether you're a man or a woman boy I'm in every subject huh let's go back to the scripture let's go back to the scripture he said they continue steadfastly in something what was it they supposed to be in you know why I'm telling you this because this is the doctrine I'm supposed to teach you this is what you're supposed to hear it's not what you want to hear it is what I'm supposed to tell you the truth the truth but you don't want to hear the truth you want to continue in the lie scripture also says you love the lie more than the truth therefore I recognize and realize the harm that I'm causing your emotional status when I tell you the truth I realize it's going to offend you I realize it's going to make you mad I realize when you don't hear what you like you're not gonna give I realize when you don't uh uh hear what you like you don't show up the Lord start leading you astray the law start leading you astray because you are now offended let me say that again you are offended but here's what he says Theophilus I need you to continue steadfastly in something what is it you need to stay in say it loud those who that's following us say it loud if it's on the screen say it loud the apostles doctrine what am I talking to you about tonight the apostles doctrine not your experience not what you like or don't like here's what the word of God says do I do you like it Jesus walked up to him in Matthew they said can we get a divorce they say Moses let us get a divorce Jesus said let's get that straight y'all y'all know that was because you're no good heart not that Jesus got made to let you get a get a divorce I mean I mean Moses gave you the permission to get a divorce you was hardhearted you was already getting divorces but go back to the beginning go back to the beginning what is the beginning you cannot divorce your mate and once you get married the person you marry you're stuck with till they die and if you marry somebody else you commit adultery you know what they said that's hard that's hard 2000 years later and you didn't read it a hundred times but you look for the fornication clause to get out of it but fornication means that the woman did something before she married that she wasn't supposed to do and she told you she was a virgin but she wasn't and when you went into her and it gave you the sheep wasn't no blood on the sheet because she was used already but then God said when you went into her whether she was used or not you stuck anybody listening now who wants to hear that in America when divorce is 60 something percent 70% in America the average person getting married divorce why do you get married in America just to go to the divorce court talk about oh I thought we had a perfect marriage you was a fool right there how you gonna have a perfect marriage when you ain't perfect hello somebody you need to recognize and realize that the apostles have a doctrine on every single thing that's happening to you but instead of you continuing steadfastly firmly in it you choose to walk away from it and think your life's gonna get better it will not get better if you walk away from truth it will only get uh it'll only get better when you walk towards truth not away from it when you receive the lie and walk in the lie you're gonna destroy not do you realize how your children feel when you suffer When your children see this marriage thing ain't working, and now the parents are gonna leave them for life? And can you imagine your your child uh uh seeing you go to another parent or excuse me, another mate and getting married to them, having children for them and loving them and leaving them? You understand how messed up that child is? You think this is the answer by divorcing? It's not the answer, it causes more devastation to a society and we're living in that today. The average black person does not have a male at home. And the black woman says she's the head. Well, if she's the head, she got a head on the right side or the left side of a head, because no woman can be the head of a family. No woman, only a man. Scripture tells us in the book of Corinthians the head. Everybody said the head. Nowhere does it say the woman is the head. Scripture tells you the man is the head. And it's a devastating thing for a woman to have a family without a head. Well, my uncle, he's a liar. He still could be your head. Well, he's a dope addict. He could that ain't got nothing to do with him being a head. They got lawyers who drink, doctors who do drugs, preachers who do stupidity. Hello, somebody. Stop judging them. Get you a covering to keep the enemy off of you and your children. When you have to make decisions, make sure you make it with the right covering. Don't make it off your own intellect because you don't have access into the heavenly realm. I know you don't want to hear that because in our culture, almost 70%, the obvious of our people don't have nobody. We have families with shoulders, but no heads. For those of you who are men of God and you hang in there, man, I applaud you tonight in the name of Jesus. It's not easy. You see, you were trained by your mama, she just made you her baby. I told Theophilos, don't what? Follow your mama, don't do something with your mama. What I told you I was gonna do. What did I do? I didn't want him to be one of them kind of boys. No, son, let me tell you, no, he didn't understand what I was talking about. No, because I see what your mama trying to do to you. No, I can't let that's my sister. I can't let her do you that. No, it can't happen that way. Because God never made a man to be infeminate, He didn't. And your mama's gonna tell you, oh baby, no, it's hard being a man. You don't get caught up in your emotions when you're a man. You have to make decisions and fix the problems. Every single day. When you're a man, the problem's every day on you. You can go get liquor and whatever you want, but the problem's still gonna be that liquor don't fix no problems. Every single day. The light bill needs to be paid, the water bill needs to be paid, the telephone bill needs to be paid, the insurance bill needs to be paid. You know how many bills your wife go take the money and spend it all day and night. She loves spending. She doesn't like spending. She loves it. Now you can lay hands on her, you're wasting your time. You can try to deliver her, you're wasting her time. You give her five dollars, she's gonna spend six, seven, eight, nine. She's gonna find a way to make it work. She's gonna do whatever she has to do. But you have to make sure. I told you when we first got married with the with my wife, uh finally finished school, and she went to San Mayo, and that first check I was waiting for. We was living at 1901 French Street Apartment A. We had wrote it down on a piece of paper. She agreed to it. So she got the chick in her hand. She came home with two bags on this hand, two bags on that hand. She was happy as God could make a person, and I blew up like I had demons in me, probably did. You done spent the written money. But none of my job. It was our job. I needed this money to pay the bills. You done spent the money. She got slick, started buying stuff, sliding the bags under the bed. Y'all don't know about them days, huh? I'm like, man, I look under the bed, they got brown bags everywhere. Like, God have mercy, Jesus. You know what I pray? Y'all don't y'all know, but y'all don't know. I pray, Lord, give me the strength. If you ever get me out of this, I'll never have to wait on my wife to give me another penny. So all the years, 52, 53 years we've been married, I ain't had that big for no money. I had to make the decisions myself. Every time she got money, she spent it. I don't know what she did with it. She just spent it. I don't know why she spent money. Somebody give me some counseling. But she loves spending it. And always says she ain't got no money. Anyone got a wife like that? Oh, y'all quiet up in here tonight. I see. There ain't but a couple of men up in here, so I understand why it's quiet. Yeah, what you I thought you had, I ain't got no money. How you ain't gonna, what happened to the money? I ain't uh ain't nothing happening. I ain't got none. Oh, Lord Jesus. If I'd have known marriage was gonna be that way, I'd have stayed with my dad in the back garage. But I was stupid enough not to know, Theophilus. That's why I do my best to train you and tell you, wait a minute, if you're a man, you can't go around blaming your wife for nothing. Be the man, you're gonna be the man. I'm gonna show you how to be the man. I don't wanna hear nothing out of you. You sick, you're still going to work, right, Toronto? Don't ever tell me you sick, you can't go to work. You better go with one leg, you going to work. You gotta take care to pay them bills. That's just the way it is. You you know what's gonna happen when you make up in your mind, you ain't gonna get sick? You're gonna do like Minister Lee sitting that whole cold winter, rain, sleek snow, he went to work. I don't know how he made it, but he made it. He ain't but two pounds. He picking up a hundred-pound sack. But I bet you he did for 30 years because he realized he had to. When you put up in your mind you're gonna be who you're supposed to be, you don't need nobody to help you. And I'm telling you, thank God that he gave me. I'm not perfect, but I'm grateful I learned that lesson the hard way. Here's what you have to do, and they continue steadfasting in apostle doctrine, they continue steadfast in fellowship, they continue steadfast in breaking the bread of what we're gonna do today, and they continue fast in prayer. This is what we have to continue to do, y'all. Stop, don't stop doing this. You tired of fast church people don't like church people. You come and you don't even look at them. You act like anybody up in here. You ever see them come up in here? Mercy Jesus. Demons everywhere. How you gonna say, Praise the Lord, you love God, you can't take people. This would make you sick, that would make you sick. You don't even speak. I said again, you don't even speak. You come in and go out like you ain't been here. What demon is that on you? I just love the saints. No, you don't, you're lying. You don't even know a saint. You have more fun with heathens. They got you in the club, sitting there drinking Coca-Cola the first time, but then it's coking Jack the second time. Because they're gonna make you drink and smoke and do wrong. So ain't looking. What you do is on you. I can't, I'm not gonna judge you. You already judge. The moment you sin, judgment comes. Jesus made wine and Jesus drank wine. Your name ain't Jesus. So don't be misusing Jesus because you're drinking stuff and you're an alcoholic. I don't want to hear that foolishness. Don't blame Jesus for your foolishness. God saved you to get rid of that off of you. Now they're creating places where you can go to church and smoke cigars. Cigars, then wine, then women. All in the house of God. We're falling fast. Anybody listening? You say, you're going too far with this. I might be, but I ain't far enough yet. Not that I look to to change you, I look to enlighten you. Only God can change you. I can't do that. But I'm gonna share with you, and I pray this that I will never stop over the 50 years next year, be 50 years I've been doing this with you all. I pray that I'll never stop telling you the truth. 50 years next year. I'm 39 and I've been at this 50 years with you. I'm grateful I said it back then, I've said today, and I can continue to say it. I'm grateful. Has it cost me something? Every single day. My phone was ringing off the hook, a guy calling me. He don't he don't want no fellowship, brother Theophilus, he wants the money. But last time he called, he wanted money, he had an emergency then. Time before that, he needed another emergency. Now he got another emergency. Because see, when I have an emergency, Theophilus, I got to get on my knees and pray. I got to pray and believe God and do whatever I have to do to get it. Why don't you preachers know how to do that? Every year I get a telephone call around the end of the year from a certain preacher. They told me the same story they told me a year before, year before, year before, year before. And I'm like, Lord, I don't want to give them no more money. Jesus, they don't love. Oh, you know what we need to do? We need to do this. Because remember, we know, bro, I know where you're going. Oh, by the way, um, I need X amount of dollars. I need it too. They love Lucas for what Lucas have. Only one thing Lucas got, because everybody knows what Lucas got. Starts with an M. It looks green. That's the only reason why they want to be bothered with Lucas, other than that. They ain't got nothing to do with me. They walk up in what Lucas put together and say, Well, that got money. I saw a preacher this morning. Last time, he needed $300 to pay a bill. Now you've been a pastor, got a job for 40 years, and you need money. You ain't saved no money in 40 years. You've been preaching for 30 years and working for 40 years. You ain't put them two together to give you no money to pay a bill. He didn't want to talk to me this morning. I was glad because I didn't want to talk to him either. But I did go dapping theophilus just to try to get my heart straight. Don't call me, ask me for no money. Act like you like me. You didn't like me before you met me. Now you won't act like you like me now. Don't you know I know what you said about me before? What must you continue steadfastly in? The apostle doctrine. But now watch this, watch this because I need you to follow me. This is as in Acts chapter 2, verse 4 42. But watch this, Theophilus. The apostle hadn't started yet. Because the day of Pentecost just hit. And Peter gets up and says, Y'all got to be steadfast. The apostle Peter didn't really realize. Here's what Jesus did. Hebrews chapter 3, verse 1 says, When Jesus came, he came with a heavenly calling and he came as the apostle. Why was that necessary? It was necessary not just for the Jews, theophilists, it was necessary for the Gentiles because God knew it wasn't a prophet that was going to deliver the Gentiles, it was going to be the apostolic authority because God was going to put his power in the apostles to break the yokes when you go into these regions that the demonic influence has taken over. You see, in the Jewish culture, John the Baptist took care of everybody for Jesus. But where Paul was going, every city, town, nation he went into, he had to deliver and set the people free. We just come out of a country, they got a demon, not a demon, but a statue everywhere. They believe in everything. Now I'm not going there in one week try to deliver them people from all them demons. I ain't wearing myself out. Y'all been having them, y'all keep them. I'm gonna do what I have to do. I'm gonna share with you to get you the deliverance ministry to deliver your people. What I like about these people, they they love God more than the normal person. And I'm grateful for that. They have a truce, true salvation experience. They don't struggle with their husbands, wives. The kids don't struggle with their parents. They seem to honor. I asked the question, I say, how come all y'all women have women have way down their back? They say, because her hair represents her glory. Well, all you women cut your glory off. And they got hair way down. They plait it up, and it's long. They believe in it, all of them. Everywhere you go, they got long hair. Platted. They ain't got it all curled up like y'all like pretty hair. They hair just plait straight down. I tell I'm like, wait a minute, everybody got long ponytails. But that's what we call a ponytail. But see, they don't have a ponytail, they they don't believe in cutting their hair because it represents their glory. Right. Never heard that before. I learned something that our American women need. They honor their husbands. They don't get and talk about him. They respect him and honor and work hard like a mule.
